Tisha Anderson

Tisha Lynn Anderson, 49, of Hurricane, Utah, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024, due to post-surgical complications. Her husband was present at the time of her death, and during her hospital admission, she was surrounded by the love of her family and her friends, which was always at the center of her world.

Born on April 28, 1975, in West Covina, California, Tisha, with her joyful spirit and benevolent heart, formed many lifelong friendships. She attended Moreno Valley High School and graduated from March Mountain High School in Moreno Valley, California.

Her love of travel and friendship led her to Las Vegas, where she worked at Treasure Island and continued to build meaningful connections with most everyone she met. Upon meeting Anthony Anderson, he became her best friend and the love of her life. After their marriage, they lived in Hesperia, California, before ultimately making their home in Hurricane, Utah, where they raised their beautiful family.

Tisha's dedication to service and leadership was evident in her years as a Girl Scout, where she advanced from Brownies through Senior Scouts, ultimately earning the prestigious Gold Award. The values and friendships formed during her scouting years remained close to her heart throughout her life.

A talented creative spirit, Tisha found joy in crafting, decorating, painting, and baking. But her greatest passion was being a devoted wife and mother. Her love for her family and friends knew no bounds, and she created a warm and welcoming home filled with love and laughter. Her children will always remember their mother loved them to the moon and back.

Tisha was preceded in death by her beloved son Connor, her chosen father Roy Favela, and her grandfather Walter Kennedy. She is survived by her loving husband Anthony Anderson; her children Collin and Cassidy; her grandmother Dorothy Kennedy; her mother Linda Favela; her younger siblings Manuel and Diane Delgado; and numerous cherished nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts.

Tisha's legacy of love, compassion, and dedication to family and friendship will continue to inspire all who knew her. Her bright spirit and warm heart will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
