Bob was born to Robert J and Shirley Labbè and big sis Barb, in Evanston, Illinois. Bob had wonderful memories of his childhood, spending time with many friends and relatives.
Bob married and divorced at an early age and ended up in Minot, North Dakota. This is where he met and married the love of his life, Orpha (Buttons) Saude Maresh Labbè. Together Bob and Orpha raised their family and were best friends.
Bob and Buttons enjoyed camping, fishing, and antiques stores. They also enjoyed many vacations seeing the USA.
Bob retired from Keebler as distribution manager. Bob and Buttons moved to Alamo, Nevada. After Buttons passed away, Bob moved to St. George, Utah. Bob enjoyed bingo, slots, word searches, and making pony beaded banners.
Bob survived by, Delrita (James) Jungnitsch, Las Vegas, Nevada, Deanna (TO) Oster, Minot, North Dakota, Donald Maresh, Minot, North Dakota, Denise Maresh, St. George, Utah, Carol Cochran, Glendale, Arizona, Robert M. (Anni) Labbè, Wright, Wyoming, Cindy (Mark) Block, Deering, North Dakota, Shirley (Craig) Christenson, Gillette, Wyoming, as well as 21 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Bob is preceded in death by his wife, parents, grandparents, sister, and two grandchildren.
Service will be at New Promise Lutheran Church, St. George, Utah, Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 11:00 am.
Burial will be held in Alamo, Nevada, February 8, 2023.
