Trisha was born in St. George on June 21st, 1974, to Arthur Kelly Paxman and Shana Iverson Paxman, she has one older brother, Randy Clare Paxman. She was blessed to have three beautiful children, Gabriel Austin Leftkovitz, Berlyn SofiBella Fife, and Jake Cruz Fife. She grew up in Washington and had a very special childhood with very special friends and many wonderful experiences. She attended Washington Elementary School, Woodward Sixth Grade Center, Pine View Middle School, and graduated from Pine View High School in 1992. After she graduated from Pine View High School, she went on to receive her associate's degree at Dixie College and then her bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. On top of that, she also received her esthetician license in St. George. Throughout her career as a nurse, she was extremely passionate about what she did and the difference she was making for her patients. Trisha worked at lntermountain Hospital in St. George and Salt Lake City, and those who she had taken care of loved her very much. Shortly after high school and before college, she and some of her closest friends traveled to many beautiful places, including Spain, England, Mexico, Thailand, and many more. Trisha would often recall memories of these trips and how they were some of the most special moments and memories in her life. She also had two previous marriages to two ex-husbands, Jeff Leftkovitz and Johnathon Fife, who remained some of her good friends.

Trisha had many hobbies and activities that she enjoyed doing; she loved going out with her dad to hunt arrowheads, spending time with her family, going shopping, and she loved all animals very much. Trisha is survived by her three children, Gabriel Austin Leftkovitz, Berlyn Sofi-Bella Fife, and Jake Cruz Fife, her parents, Arthur Kelly Paxman and Shana Iverson Paxman, her older brother Randy Clare Paxman, and her many cousins, nieces, and nephews that she loved very much.
