LaRee Judd

LaRee Judd was born in a home on October 7, 1935, in Kanab, Utah to Bertha Merrill Ramsay and Arthur Grant Ramsey. She had 8 siblings and enjoyed growing up in Glendale in beautiful Southern Utah. She graduated from Valley High School in 1953.

LaRee married Charles Richard Partridge in 1954. She and Charles had four children, Charles, Jr., Earl, Patricia, and Cindy. In addition to taking care of her family, LaRee raised cocker spaniels and showed them in competitions.

After her husband, Charles, passed away, LaRee married her high school sweetheart, Leon Judd in 2007 in the St. George, Utah temple. They enjoyed five years together traveling through the United States and Canada before Leon passed away in 2012. For the remaining years of her life, she and her grandson, James, looked after each other and took care of numerous Chihuahuas. Peaches was her favorite. LaRee also enjoyed traveling the world with her sister Edith where they had many adventures and some misadventures like an emergency surgery after breaking her arm in Russia.

LaRee is survived by her children, except Earl, siblings, Edith Mills and Douglas Ramsay, and grandchildren, Jason, Michael, Tabitha, James, Kyle, Jared, Katelyn, Brianne, and Chaz and many great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Winchester Hills Chapel at 5338 Winchester Drive, St. George. A viewing will be held from 9:00 am to 9:30 am prior to the funeral at the same location. Interment will be at the Kanab Cemetery following services at 1:30 pm. 26 North 100 East, Kanab, Utah.
