Jeff Barlow

Jeff Barlow, 69, passed away October 25, 2023. He was born December 3, 1953, to Nathan Bernus Barlow and Dixie Marion Hirschi. He married Diane Worthington Barlow on February 9, 1980. Later they were sealed in the St. George Temple on February 16, 1983

Jeff Graduated from Dixie High School. He was a member of The Buckaroos. Jeff was a member of the Dixie College & UVU rodeo team. He qualified for the wilderness circuit finals multiple times. Jeff & Diane met at Dick’s café, where Diane was his favorite waitress.

Jeff spent his career in construction, building roads and bridges for 40 years. He loved to team rope, hunt, and fish. Not many things brought more joy to him than roping and hunting, other than his family. Jeff loved to spend time with family. You could always find Jeff at the high school rodeos, dance recitals, or sporting events watching his kids and grandkids do what they loved. He was their biggest fan and was so proud of all they did. Jeff made friends everywhere he went. He will be greatly missed by his loved ones!

He is survived by his wife, Diane Barlow of St. George, UT, children, Trisha (Brock) Riding of St. George, UT, Holly (Jason) Madison of Enterprise, UT, Brady (Ally) Barlow of St. George, UT, Kodi (Mitch) Thacker of St. George, UT, his grandchildren, Carson (Holly), Garrett, Jacie, & Kylie Riding, Maizee, Jaxton, Jailee, Teydon, & Harper Madison, Kingston, Reign, Rio, & Banks Barlow, Bently, Quincy, Remi, & Stori Thacker, mother-in-Law, Evelyn Worthington of Washington, UT, brothers, Brett (Beki) Barlow of Dammeron Valley, UT, Stephen (Zoya) Barlow of Albion, CA.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Nathan & Marion Barlow, brothers, Clayton Barlow, Bruce Barlow, & Alan Barlow, father-in-law Gordon Worthington.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, at Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 South Bluff Street, St. George, Utah.

Funeral Services on Monday, October 30, 2023, at 11:00 am, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Little Valley Ward Building, 3868 Bentley Road, St. George, Utah. A viewing will be held from 9:30 - 10:30 am, prior to services.

Interment Washington City Cemetery, 300 Park View Drive, Washington, Utah, following the service.
