Ivins, Utah, Jack Foster Jepson, 78 years, passed away Monday May 20, 2024. He was born to Raymond and Virginia Jepson on February 5, 1946, in Salt Lake City. He married Vicki Eads in November 1968. He adopted her two sons. Together they had another son and four daughters.
He served 5 years in the Navy. He then worked at Kennecott Copper as a supervisor, retiring after 30 years. He enjoyed Golfing, bowling, fishing, and working in his garden.
He earned an associate degree and worked with the criminal courts as a social worker. In 2013 he married Lori Hilton residing in Ivins, Utah.
Jack is survived by his wife Lori; his children Bret (Cari Jepson), Shane Jepson, Jack Jepson, Amber (Marty) Budzynski, Cali (Mike) Fisher, Angilee Hefny and Sheree Jepson; his sister Vicki Nesbit; his nephew Jake (Joyce) Jacobson; niece Marci Bonham; and his dog Nikki.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, June 4th from 10:30 – 11:30 am at the LDS Chapel located at 275 Park Street, Layton, Utah. Following the viewing, graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm at the Camp Williams Veteran’s Memorial Park. 17111 1700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065.
Arrangements are made under the direction of Spilsbury Mortuary, 110 S. Bluff Street, St. George, Utah. 435-673-2454.
