Ila Hoover

St. George Utah, Ila Ann Hoover , age 71 passed away on Monday November 4th, 2024. She was born on September 6th, 1953 in Panorama City, California to Keith Cornell Hannah and Loretta Pauline Danaher. Ila married Lawrence Hoover on May 7th, 1985 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.

Ila was raised in San Fernando Valley, California. Went to St. Genevieve Catholic School. Ila resided in Pasadena, California - Oahu, Hawaii - Victorville, California - Auberry, California - Bozeman, Montana - San Dimas, California - Kailua, Hawaii and her final resting place was St. George, Utah.

Ila was a retail secretary and enjoyed watercolor painting, dog sitting/walking and traveling to tropical destinations.

Ila is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence Hoover of St. George Utah. Daughter Terri Guevara and son in law Jacob Guevara of Frisco, Texas. Son, Zachary Hoover of Washington, Utah. Grandchildren, Alexa, Jack, Gage, Jaiden, Maddox and Harper. Siblings, Bill Hannah, Rita Drahos, and preceded in death by Karen Julian. Along with many loving nieces and nephews and friends.

Memorial Services will be Friday November 8th, 2024 at 2:00pm. Spilsbury Mortuary & Cremation Service, located at 110. S. Bluff Street St. George, Utah 84770
