Bryan Thomas passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023, surrounded by his children. Bryan was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and has been a resident of Hurricane, Utah since 1995 when he and his beloved wife, Ruby left Southern California and moved to Southern Utah.
They loved the red rocks of this area. He loved driving the roads and seeing the growth of the area. He loved going off-road to find Anasazi drawings and would search to find beautiful rocks to put in his yard. Bryan loved working in his yard and caring for his furry friends. Bryan also loved to eat and was a frequent visitor at Carl’s Jr., Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, and Bishops.
He was a gifted speaker and teacher, a man with a great sense of humor that loved his family and the church and helping his friends and neighbors. He loved to play sports when he was younger, served in the army, ran a successful business, traveled extensively, fell in love, was the BEST father, held many callings at church, laughed a lot, and gave great hugs. He will be sorely missed.
We will honor and remember him on Saturday, January 14th at noon at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints chapel located at 658 West 1500 South, Hurricane, UT 84737. There will be a visitation prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:30 am.
