Nora Mangum Spendlove passed away peacefully November 26, 2011. She was born August 23, 1934, in LaVerkin, Utah to Clarence and Wanda Duncan Mangum. She married Roland Spendlove March 7, 1949, in Virgin, Utah. Together they had four children; Roland Verl, Norlena Covington, Pamela Matot and Brett Henry.
She is survived by one son, Brett Henry (Debra)Spendlove; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; five brothers, Bruce Mangum, Dallas Mangum, Bill Mangum, Paul Mangum and Bud Beatty and their spouses. She is preceded in death by her husband; three children, Roland, Norlena and Pamela; and sister, Faye Mangum Scow.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 1, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Virgin City Cemetery. In case of inclement weather the services will be held at the Virgin LDS Chapel.
